This site has been designed to showcase motor racing of the 'HQ' Holden Category. 'HQ' Holden racing, as a registered CAMS (Confederation of Australian Motorsport) category, is now been going for over 20 Years and still going strong. 'HQ' Racing clubs and members still participate in each State of Australia. 'HQ' Racing is a heavily regulated category, designed to provide close racing and develop race craft at an affordable price. In fact, our Association's moto is:
"Affordable Excitement".
A vehicle manufactured as a family car back in the early 1970's, has become one of the best loved race cars in Australia. Keeping the cars on the track comes down to dedication and mateship in a class. It doesn't matter if you're young or old, if the desire to race a car is in your blood, HQ's are for you. We even have a number of Father & Sons racing with and against each other in this iconic category. On this website, you can get information and details on how to join the club, car specifications, people you can chat to to purchase a car and how to get out on the track and start racing.
